CORN BREAD

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
2 large eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yellow corn meal

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a square 8x8 pan.

Mix sugar and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer.
Add eggs, applesauce, honey, and whipping cream. Mix until well blended.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cornmeal.

Add the bowl of dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.

Pour into pan, and bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
