Chocolate Butterscotch Toffee Cake

1 german chocolate cake mix
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 small jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
crushed chocolate toffee bars

1. Bake cake in a greased 13x9 pan, according to directions on box.

2. Let cake cool completely, and then poke holes.

3. Mix sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch topping in a bowl, and pour evenly over cake.

4. Top with Cool Whip.

5. Sprinkle with crushed toffee bars and refrigerate.
