Chocolate Bourbon Balls


2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 cups extremely finely chopped pecans
2 cups powdered sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup bourbon
3 teaspoons light corn syrup
powdered sugar


Combine crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar, and cocoa.

Blend bourbon and corn syrup together.

Add crumb mixture & mix well

Shape into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar

Refrigerate
