(Old Starks Family Recipe)
1 Pound Stew Meat
3 Medium Potatoes
1 Large Carrot
1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 Tbsp catsup
salt & pepper
Mix tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, catsup, Kitchen Boquet, and a bit of salt and pepper in Crock Pot.
Separate Stew meat into 1" cubes, and roll them in flour with a bit of salt and pepper.
Shake any excess flour off of the beef cubes, and brown the beef in a skillet with a bit of vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes and carrots, and cut them into approx. 1" cubes.
Place the beef, potatoes, and carrots into the crock pot, and stir them into the tomato sauce mixture.
Cook for approx. 6 hours on Low crock pot setting.
