The Old Bernard Henry Albers Farm, near Germantown.
Bernard bought this land in 1849, and received the land patent in 1850. He died in 1872, and his son Joseph took over the farm. Bernard's son, Theodore Albers, lived there on the farm until he moved to Kansas, sometime between 1882 and 1900. The current house was built by the Korte Family after the Albers moved away. The Korte family currently owns the farm.
